1. Come vengono prodotti i vostri prodotti?
Tutti i nostri prodotti sono realizzati su ordinazione (Print-on-Demand) tramite il nostro partner di fulfillment Printful. Ogni articolo viene stampato e prodotto appositamente per te dopo che l'ordine viene effettuato. Non teniamo magazzino.
2. Quanto tempo ci vuole per ricevere il mio ordine?
Tempi di produzione: 2-5 giorni lavorativi
Tempi di spedizione stimati:
- 🇮🇹 Italia: 5-10 giorni lavorativi
- 🇪🇺 Europa: 5-10 giorni lavorativi
- 🇺🇸 Stati Uniti: 5-10 giorni lavorativi
- 🌍 Resto del mondo: 10-20 giorni lavorativi
3. Posso restituire o cambiare un prodotto?
Poiché ogni prodotto è realizzato su ordinazione, non accettiamo resi o cambi per ripensamenti. Tuttavia, se il prodotto è difettoso o presenta un errore di stampa, ti offriamo una sostituzione gratuita entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione. Contattaci a kasiakol@libero.it con foto del problema.
4. Riceverò un numero di tracciamento?
Sì! Una volta spedito il tuo ordine, riceverai un'email con il numero di tracciamento per seguire la consegna.
5. Posso modificare o annullare il mio ordine?
Poiché la produzione inizia subito dopo l'ordine, le modifiche o cancellazioni sono possibili solo entro 24 ore dall'acquisto. Contattaci il prima possibile a kasiakol@libero.it.
6. I colori del prodotto potrebbero differire dalle immagini?
Le immagini dei prodotti sono mockup rappresentativi. I colori reali potrebbero variare leggermente a seconda del monitor e del processo di stampa.

1. How are your products made?
All our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand) through our fulfillment partner Printful. Every item is printed and produced specifically for you after your order is placed. We don't hold stock.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Production time: 2-5 business days
Estimated shipping times:
- 🇮🇹 Italy: 5-10 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 5-10 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: 5-10 business days
- 🌍 Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
Since every product is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if the product is defective or has a printing error, we offer a free replacement within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at kasiakol@libero.it with photos of the issue.
4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Since production starts right after the order is placed, modifications or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at kasiakol@libero.it.
6. May product colors differ from the images?
Product images are representative mockups. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor and the printing process.
