Refund & Return Policy

All our products are custom printed on demand. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or there is a printing error.

Eligible for refund or replacement:

• Defective product (damaged, torn, or faulty material)
• Printing error (wrong design, misprint, or color defect)

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at kasiakol@libero.it with:

• Your order number
• A photo clearly showing the defect or error

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Not eligible for refund:

• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Items returned without prior approval

European Union customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
